TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All FIGHTER Registration Fees INCLUDE your Fighters License with Colorado Muay Thai Association for the 2024 Fight Season.

CORNER MAN REGISTRATION is REQUIRED for all coaches and corners participating in the event. The Cornerman fee covers Corner Licensing Fee for the 2024 Fight Season. Corners MUST be an experienced corner 18yrs + For safety reasons you cannot use family members unless the family member is your COACH.

In order to minimize the number of people in the backrooms the number of corners is limited on the size of the team.

TEAMS with 1-3 Fighters are allowed 2 CORNERS

TEAMS with 4-7 Fighters are allowed 4 CORNERS

TEAMS with 8+ Fighters are allowed 5 CORNERS

PHOTOS: Registration REQUIRES a photo so that we can create your licenses as needed. Your registration is not complete if you did not upload a photo. This is true for BOTH Fighters and Corners.

BLOODWORK: All fighters 18 YRS of age or older REQUIRES a Fighters Panel (3 Panel) - Results must be into the association prior to 2/18/2024. All bloodwork is good for One Year from the date is was taken so if you have had one between 3/02/2023 and 3/02/2024 you are welcome to send that in. Bloodwork should be emailed to cmtacolorado@gmail.com. We do not store you bloodwork for security purposes so we DO NOT keep that on file.

FULL BRACKETS: IF a Bracket fills we will open a second bracket in the same weight division.

FIGHTING TEAMMATES: TEAMS please note IF your fighters are in the same weight bracket we cannot guarantee that you will not complete against a team mate. We will do everything in our power to avoid them becoming opponents. Please understand and plan accordingly. We will not issue a refund AT ALL for these circumstances. We believe that fighters receive growing experience regardless of who their opponent may be.

YOUTH PARTICPANTS: UNDER 18 ****Participants under the Age of 18 do need a parent or legal guardian with them at Weigh ins NO EXCEPTIONS. Coaches cannot sign for a parent.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

You MUST weigh in within your registered Division. If you do NOT make weight you will be forfeiting your registration fees. If you cannot make weight and need to change Divisions you need to login to muaythai.club and change your weight division no later than FEB 18th 2024. There is an applicable change fee.

***REFUNDS*** We are closing the Registrations one week prior to the event to review Brackets IF No One is in your Bracket we will give you the chance to either CHANGE your bracket for free OR we will Refund you.

INJURIES prior to competition that prevent you from competition - We will credit your Registration to the following annual tournament in 2025. Credits are good for one year. Please contact us @ cmtacolorado@gmail.com in order to facilitate this. IF you have a credit from 2023 and wish to compete in 2024 please email us and we will get you registered.
